You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging to honor our mindful return process.

To begin a return, please reach out to our customer care team with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful transaction.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

Items were purchased within 30 days
Items are in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized memory items created specifically for you.
Digital downloads or downloadable event guides.
Items marked as final sale or clearanced promotional goods.
Products that show visible signs of wear or altered original condition.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these gentle conditions to preserve our quality standards.

Shipping Items

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Send eligible returns to our fulfillment studio:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. Hold This Moment is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit before reaching our care center.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a digital gift store credit for the full value once returned.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any processed refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser's payment method.
